Our experienced staff features NCAA collegiate players and coaches as well as current professional lacrosse players. Founders and Full Timers... Kristen Olson (Founder and Senior Director) As Colorado native and standout high school lacrosse player, Kristen traveled across the country to join the George Mason University (GMU) Women’s NCAA Division 1 Lacrosse program in Fairfax, Virginia . Since 1999, GMU has consistently been ranked among the nations top Division 1 teams. Kristen graduated in 2004 from GMU with a degree in communications. She was a co-captain for two years and was quoted as “a tough and aggressive player…excellent leader…very confident athlete…a hard worker.” Kristen has competed in international competition at the 2000 and 2007 Japanese Friendship Games and the 2004 Prague Cup (including competitions in London). She is a member of the CWLA and continues to compete in post- collegiate tournaments, most recently in the Women’s Elite division of the Vail Shootout. She continues to spread her passion for lacrosse in her fourth year as varsity head coach at Grandview High School. Todd Olson (Senior Director) As mentioned before, Todd began his lacrosse career at Eaglecrest High School where he received conference honors, was a senior captain, and member of the National Honor Roll. Todd went on to play lacrosse at Herkimer Community College, the #1 Junior College in 2005, appearing in the 2005 NJCAA National Championship. After receiving All-American honors and other accolades at Herkimer, Todd continued his career at #1 ranked Cornell University in New York. In 2007, the Cornell lacrosse team went on to the Final Four and Todd graduated with a degree in Industrial and Labor Relations. Currently, Todd co-coaches the first ever completive 8th grade team for the Spartans Youth Sports Organization. Todd has been a key member of the CRS Lax team.
